Baby Plague
“A diminutive undead king draped in sickly green tatters, hollow eye-sockets glowing faintly. Extremely rare drop from the Plague King.”
A pet. It follows you around and does nothing else: no stats, no bonuses, just company. A pet that drops goes straight onto you (your old one goes back to the bank).
